Position Summary:

Through the Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) Program, volunteers provide the opportunity to share their skills and experience with individuals, organizations, and businesses around the world. Volunteers donate their time and knowledge, and in turn, directly improve the lives of others. Volunteers have supported women and youth entrepreneurs, food and agriculture businesses, schools and training centers, and farmers – enabling them to earn more income, feed their communities, and gain new jobs.

We are actively recruiting for these assignments and encourage individuals with relevant experience to consider volunteering with us.

· Production and Marketing of Cashew Nuts

· Training on Effective Agroecological Practices

· Running a Business and Seeking Financing

· Processing and Conservation of Agricultural Products

· Training in Queen Rearing and Colony Multiplication

· Product Processing and Preservation Techniques

· Managing an Agricultural Business

· Training in Agricultural Entrepreneurship

· Financial Management Training

· Training on Improved Horticulture Seeds Production

· Training in Processing and Preservation of Agricultural Products

· Training on Solar Energy

· Strengthening Capacity in Pineapple and Ginger Product Conservation

· Training in Banana, Pineapple, and Papaya Solo Production Techniques

Minimum qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of related experience

· Experience working with underserved populations

· Experience training adults

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Volunteers must be 21+
