Megan Davenport, Winrock’s Director of Events and Special Projects, has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and public relations. She oversees a portfolio of events and conferences for various business units within Winrock and is responsible for the planning, development and management of events in Winrock’s Thought Leadership series. She represents the organization by serving on committees and boards with local business associations. Before assuming her current position, Davenport was a member of Winrock’s communications team for 12 years, the last seven of those as its director of communications. In that capacity, she oversaw the design and production of promotional materials, developed content and directed the design of the website and intranet, conducted client surveys and market research and provided communications training to Winrock staff. Davenport also served as the special projects manager and sales development manager of the Communications Supply Service Association. She has a master’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communications from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
