Mary Jane Jamar
Mary Jane Jamar is Winrock’s Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer. She has worked for more than 20 years in global human capital efforts focusing on building HR capacity and systems, developing effective talent management strategies and spearheading innovative HR solutions in more than 40 countries including high-conflict geographic areas. She served as the chief human resources officer for the International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC), as vice president for human resources with Management Sciences for Health, Inc. (MSH), and worked for many years with World Wildlife Fund, Inc. (WWF-US), leading the HR team. Most recently, as a global human capital consultant, Jamar supported start-up groups focusing on organization structure and development and scaling for optimal delivery. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management from George Washington University and earned her bachelor’s degree at Mount Holyoke College.
