Lucy Jodlowska

Lucy Jodlowska, Executive Director of Winrock Solutions, has more than 15 years of experience in domestic and international organizational development and growth within social purpose organizations, ranging from large and established institutions to start-ups, with thematic areas spanning consumer protection services, economic and small business development, agriculture and food systems investment. She has either led or supported initiatives in advancing social missions while ensuring organizational sustainability, stimulating economic development and investment in challenging contexts, promoting environmental and social justice and supply chain best practices, and deploying capital toward efforts and areas that have a difficult time accessing credit and funding. Prior to Winrock, Jodlowska served first as director of partnerships and then as director of social impact investing at Spark Ventures, which provides sustainable solutions to lift children out of poverty. Jodlowska is a member of the adjunct faculty of Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, where she teaches classes on social enterprise development and nonprofit financial management. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago and MPA and MBA degrees from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She speaks Spanish, Polish and a smidge of French, and is a freelance photographer.
