McGrew has been actively involved with this popular program for much of her career at Winrock, responsible for its overall design and implementation as well as its day-to-day management. McGrew has supported two Winrock-implemented, USAID-funded programs in South Sudan: Building Responsibility for the Delivery of Government Services (BRIDGE) and Agricultural Market and Enterprise Development (AMED). She has a B.A. in history and sociology from the University of Central Arkansas.
