The Winrock Advisory Council, comprised of business and community leaders, contributes insight into domestic development needs,
beginning in Winrock’s home state of Arkansas and extending nationwide. It promotes work of the U.S. Programs unit and seeks to
identify priorities for economic, environmental, and community development.
