Winrock International strengthens the capacity of women, children, youth, and civil society organizations to actively participate in local and national development and to transform their societies. Interrelated programs in Children and Youth Leadership, Education, and Training; Civil Society Strengthening; and Women's Empowerment provide solutions to the most pressing problems, including equitable access to goods and services, employment, civic participation, prevention of human trafficking and child labor and others.
